Broken brick and concrete work, exposed and broken iron work.
Interior fixtures are extremely dated and in fair condition considering the rates charged overall.
The Staff is very helpful and friendly.
But for rates charged, not worth it.

The office staff is great and are always there for anything you need and they do it with a big smile. The maintenance staff are very professional and friendly quick, efficient, timely and go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy Can't say enough of Arbor Station, the perfect place to live.
